Your best bet would be to find a group that is experienced in UW is very difficult to do without some kind of gimmick build (Spoke Ursanway). It will be hard to find a group but if you are willing to listen and have a general idea of how your particular character build is played some group will makes exceptions.
What profession are you?
In general most groups will need the following
1 tank -Usually some kind of OF variant. (sometimes 2 for the 4 Horsemen quest)
2 -4 Nukers (Fire eles or SS necros)
2-3 Monks - Both heal and prot
Optional - BiP necro for monks,
just some ideas good luck

this is so full of fail...
bring some good players. you dont need someone to write an entire team build for you.
my only big piece of advice would be not to bring gimmicks that fail(ursan or tank & spank), and stick with a balanced team.
make sure you have one character dedicated to 'tanking' the aatxes. note that this shouldnt be a character with a bar full of defensive skills, just a front liner with PS maintained on them

Or you could use ursan and not fail with all the failure pugs out there

I used this together with a guild mate for completing all quests. She played the Obsidian Flesh Tank, we replaced the other for an Ursan Ranger (me). Other's were fully equiped heroes.
Took us about 3 1/2 hours on the second try (first one failed during the Four Horseman...)
Good luck.

A REAL good tank always has ways of DDing. D/ are great at tanking while still dealing high amounts of damage. Armor of Sanctity + the right skills. Tanks are only bad in GWs when people don't know how to use them. Which is nearly everyone, since they all want to spike. I tank all the time for a ele and ranger combo in pvp, and we rarely die. Tanking bad...ha...bad players tanking.

And bad players need to tank because they fail @ passive defense, kiting and prot and can't deal with damage any other way.

Tanking isn't bad, as long as it's holding aggro as a melee with PS on.
